Day 01 Delhi

This day you will arrive in Delhi and immediately, you will be taken to the hotel. The capital city of India is dotted with spellbinding forts, monuments and mosques. While the Old Delhi is famous for the allies, the New Delhi is a magnanimous place of development and the central one is the hub of political activities. In Old Delhi, the places that you will visit are the Raj Ghat, Jama Masjid and pass by Chandni Chowk and Red Fort. On the other side, in New Delhi, you will explore the Qutub Minar, the tallest minaret; Humayun's Tomb, a UNESCO World Heritage Center; India Gate, a war memorial; and Lakshminarayan Temple, a famous Hindu temple. You will pass by Parliament House, President's House, Government Secretariat Buildings and Connaught Place shopping centre. Stay overnight in Delhi.

Day 02 Drive from Delhi to Mandawa

Today, you will be driven from Delhi to Mandawa, a little town in the Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan. Established by Shekhawat Rajputs as well as named after Rao Shekha, Shekhawati is a historical region. Here, you will find painted havelis, and the highest number of frescos in the world. The Marwaris, an influential business community built large houses and later hired artists to paint these. The professionals painted frescos to depict the mythological images of gods, goddesses and animals. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight is in Mandawa or one of the villages of Shekhawati.

Day 03 Visit important places in Mandawa

This day you will visit the Shekhawati villages like Mandawa, Nawalgarh, Dundlod, and many more. Founded in 1755, by Thakur Nawal Singh; it houses old costumes, ancient coins, armories, canons, as well as other interesting things. These beautiful villages have mansions, havelis, frescos and for this, it is called "The Open Art Gallery". Spend the night either in Mandawa or in one of the villages in Shekhawati.

Day 04 Drive from Mandawa to Bikaner. Later visit places to see in Bikaner

Today morning, you will be driven from Mandawa to Bikaner. During your afternoon tour, you will be taken to the 16th century wonder, rectangular Junagadh Fort established by Raja Jai Singh. In this construction, you will find a blend of Rajput and Mughal style of architecture and this ancient building is popular for immense beauty. To make it more marvelous, in the 18th century Maharaja Dungar Singh added a western style to it.

Along with seven gates, the fort also consists of seven pavilions, thirty feet wide moat, thick wall, designer windows and a large number of balconies. Among the seven gates, two are Suraj pol- the rays of sun fall on it; and Chand pol- a double gate with heart winning architecture. Here, you will also visit the breathtaking Joramal temple, Har Mandir. Spend the night in Bikaner.

Day 05 Drive from Bikaner to Jaisalmer

This day you will be transferred by road from Bikaner to Jaisalmer. Also familiar as the ‘Golden City of India’, it is a treasure trove of music, art, architecture, tradition and culture. Along with witnessing fascinating palaces, you can also enjoy camel safaris, beautiful Jain temples, magnificent palaces and many more. It will make you spellbound. This mystical city is famous for a glorious heritage. To take a break from the bustling activities of the city and to blow your mind away, make a camp in the desert and enjoy. Spend the afternoon to explore the aura of the bazaars. Overnight is in Jaisalmer.

Day 06 Places to see in Jaisalmer

During the morning, you will first travel to the Jaisalmer Fort, one of the oldest forts. It was built by using the yellow stone and so, it is called ‘the Golden Fort’ or the ‘Sonar Quila’. An amalgamation of Indian architecture with Military designs makes it one of the wonders of the land. From the fort, you will see a 5 storied Tazia Tower.

Later, you will visit some of the havelis like Salim Ji Ki Haveli, made up of yellow sandstone; it has exquisitely carved pillars; and Patwon ki Haveli. During the afternoon, visit the Jain temples. Spend the night here.

Day 07 Drive from Jaisalmer to Jodhpur. Visit places to see in Jodhpur

Today morning, you will be taken to the second largest city of Rajasthan, Jodhpur. The former capital of Marwar kingdom is also called the ‘Sun City’ or the ‘Blue City’. Established by Rao Jodha, it was the route of Delhi to Gujarat and was the popular trading center for silk, optimum, copper and many more. The fairs, festivals and sweets of the city are quite famous. Moreover, it is one of the most important centers for movie shoots and big weddings.

During the afternoon, you will be driven to the wonders of the land including Meherangarh fort, Moti Mahal, and Phool Mahal. You will also visit Jaswant Thada that is constructed by thin and polished sheets of Marble, Umaid Public Gardens that houses the Government Museum and many more. Overnight is in Jodhpur.

Day 08 Drive from Jodhpur to Rohetgarh. Visit places to see in Rohetgarh

This day you will be driven from Jodhpur to Rohetgarh. First, you will visit Rohetgarh Fort that is situated beside a beautiful lake. To observe the activities of the villagers, book a safari. You can also go for a bird watching tour, a camel safari or horse riding. Each of the activities will amaze you. Now, the fort has been transferred to a beautiful palace. Spend the night in Rohetgarh.

Day 09 Drive from Rohetgarh to Kumbhalgarh. Visit places to see in Kumbhalgarh

Today, your journey will take you to Kumbhalgarh by road. Later you will visit the amazing fort that has the second largest wall in the world. Kumbhalgarh built by Rana Kumbha, is on top of the hill and the width of the wall goes till 25 feet. Moreover, it consists of seven gateways and near about 360 Hindu and Jain temples. From the top of the fort, you will get a beautiful view of the Aravalli hills and the Thar Desert. Overnight is in Kumbhalgarh.

Day 10 Drive from Kumbhalgarh to Ranakpur to Udaipur. Visit places to see in Ranakpur

Today you will be transferred from Kumbhalgarh to Udaipur. And in between, you will stop at Ranakpur to witness the Jain temples. Made of marble and composed of more than twenty halls as well as 1444 pillars, the Chamukha temple of Ranakpur is dedicated to Adinathji the first Tirthankara. The shade and lights of the place is a real treat to your eyes. You will also visit the Surya Temple and the Jain Temple.

Founded by Rana Udai Singh, Udaipur, the historic capital of Mewar is now, familiar as the ‘Venice of the East’ and the ‘City of Lakes’. The city has historical importance as it is the birthplace of the legendary Maharana Pratap. You could pay and stay in the Lake Palace hotel that is situated in the middle of the lake and it is nothing but a dream comes true. Spend the night in Udaipur.

Day 11 Visit the places in Udaipur

Today, your tour will start from the City Palace. Located near Pichola Lake, this Palace was constructed by Maharana Udai Singh. Your next destination would be the Jagdish Temple. Constructed by Maharana Jagat Singh and dedicated to Lord Vishnu; the architecture of the temple represents Indo-Aryan style. You will enjoy a drive around Fatehsagar Lake. Located near Chetak Circle, Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir is one of the museums that exhibit the dazzling gathering of folk articles of Rajasthan. Here, your final destination will be Sahelion ki Bari. Discover the bazaars during the afternoon. Overnight is in Udaipur.

Day 12 Drive from Udaipur to Chittorgarh. Visit places to see in Chittorgarh

Today you will be taken to Chittorgarh, also familiar as Chittorgarh. First, you will visit the magnificent ancient fort constructed by Bhima, a Pandav brother. Next, you will be driven to the popular Vijay Stambh, a mark of victory of the rulers of Gujarat and Malwa over Muslim rulers. The 9 storied red sandstone building is associated with myriad historical legends.

The sculptures of Hindu Gods and the pictures that depicted the stories of Ramayana and Mahabharata will amaze you. Dedicated to Jain Tirthankara and Digamber, Kirti Stambh is a 22 meter high tower. The historical monument will help you to learn about the forgone past. Spend the night in Chittorgarh.

Day 13 Drive from Chittaurgarh to Kota

You will spend today's day by visiting Kota. Bring the Rajput city, here, you will find magnificent palaces, gardens, temples, and other religious wonders. Situated on the banks of Chambal River, this industrial city drives traffic from all over the world. The famous temple which you could visit here are Godavari Dham Hanuman Temple, Adharshila Dargah, Badoli Temples, Noori Jama Masjid, Agamgarh Saheb Gurudwara, Radha Krishna Temple, Shivpuri Dham Temple, Tirupati Balaji Temple, Emmanuel Church, Nayapura Masjid, and the Jain temples include Mahavir Digamber Temple, and Dadabadi Digamber Temple. The museums that you could explore are Maha Rao Madho Singh Museum and the Government Museum. These are famous for sculptures, miniature paintings, manuscripts, armory and many more. Overnight is in Kota.

Day 14 Drive from Kota to Pushkar visiting Bundi enroute. Visit places to see in Bundi

Today, you will be taken to Bundi, a captivating town with narrow lanes. Formerly familiar as Bunda-Ka-Nal, Bundi was a state inhabited by several tribes. You will visit the Bundi Palace, the Taragarh fort – the largest step well, Nawal sagar – a large lake, and a party submerged temple. Once you complete the visit; you will be driven from Bundi to Pushkar.

During the afternoon, you will visit Pushkar – one of the oldest existing cities in India and the most sacred city for Hindus. There is a myth about the origin of the city. It is told that Lord Brahma formed the city. Once a demon Vajra Nabha killed Brahma's children, an angry Brahma killed the demon with a lotus flower. A petal fell there and the lake was formed. Hindus believe that bathing in the lake ensures salvation. Here, you will find the only temple in the world that is dedicated to Brahma. The city is also popular for a camel fair where thousands of cattle and camels are traded. Spend the night in Pushkar.

Day 15 Drive from Pushkar to Samode

Today you will be driven from Pushkar to Samode. Spend your leisure hours to enjoy the ambience of the place. The attractions of the land are Samode palace – luxury palace hotel and Samode Bagh. Built in the 16th century; in the fort, you will witness a fusion of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. During 19th century, Rawal Berisal converted the fort into an exquisitely designed palace. In 19th century, the Darbar Hall and the Sheesh Mahal were added by Rawal Sheo Singh. Samode Bagh is a private garden retreat that was built 150 years ago by Maharaja Prithviraj Singh. Overnight is in Samode.

Day 16 Drive from Samode to Jaipur. Visit importance places in Jaipur

Today morning, you will visit Jaipur, the first planned city of India. Planned by Vidyadhar Bhattacharya, it is renowned globally for its colored gems. The pink city combines the allure of the history with the advantages of the metropolis. 260 years ago, the city was built by Maharaja Jai Singh. The breathtaking design of the palaces will amaze you.

In the afternoon, you will be driven to Maharaja City Palace, a place from where the Maharaja reigned from. It is a palace with seven storey and Jantar Mantar, the observatory. A complex of gardens, courtyards and buildings attracts astronomers as well as mathematicians from all over the world. Blessed with the beauty of urban layout, the city palace represents a perfect blend of European, Rajput and Mughal styles. The magnificent architecture of Hawa Mahal awestruck the tourists. You will also visit the Pink Rose Garden and the business centers of Jaipur. Shop around the city, if you want to buy carpets, clothes, jewelry, precious or semi-precious stones or handicrafts made of metals and wood. Spend the night in the pink city, Jaipur.

Day 17 Visit tourist attractions in Jaipur

Today, you will be taken to Amer Fort, also called Amer Palace. The former capital of Jaipur, this magnificent fort was constructed by Raja Man Singh. Made with red sand-stone, it is divided into four sections. The entrance gate, Surajpol features a fascinating architecture. Near the Ganesh gate, you will see a temple of Goddess Sila Devi. You will also witness the Diwan-e-Aam, Diwan-e-Khas Sheesh Mahal as well as Sukh Niwas. Ascend the fort by walking the steps or in a jeep. Overnight is in Jaipur.

Day 18 Drive from Jaipur to Karauli

Today, you will be taken to Karauli, the home of Shri Madan Mohanji - an incarnation of Krishna. Founded in 1348 AD, it has more than 300 temples and the city is protected by walls made up of red sandstone from all the four directions. You can stroll around the local bazaar if you want to buy fine art products, items to decorate your home, ethnic clothes as well as accessories. To get a divine feeling, you will be taken to the temple of Madan Mohanji, where you can witness the Arti or prayers. Other places that you will visit are Bhanwar Niwas Palace, Kalyanji Temple, City Palace and Timangarh Fort. While the Mahavir temple is a pilgrimage destination for the Jain followers, Karauli is well-known for festivals and fairs. Spend the night in Karauli.

Day 19 Drive from Karauli to Gwalior. Visit important places in Gwalior

The tourism capital of Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior is a majestic city, famous for its glorious past. Termed as the ‘pearl of Indian fortresses’ by Babur; this historical town is renowned for glorious monuments, outstanding palaces, sacred temples and many more. According to the legend, Prince Suraj Sen lost his way in the jungle and asked for water from a sage. The water quenched his thirst and cured him from leprosy. Later he constructed a wall and named it after the sage. Being the birthplace of Tansen, every year, a cultural festival is organized in his memory.

In the afternoon, you will visit places like Man Mandir, the Gujari Mahal, Teli Ka Mandir, Sas-bahu Temple, Jai Vilas Palace, Mausoleum of the Tansen, Tomb of the Gaus Mohammad and the bazaars. Overnight is in Gwalior.

Day 20 Drive from Gwalior to Agra

Today you will be transferred to Agra, a land that is enriched with the reigns of Mughal rulers. Situated on the banks of river Yamuna, the former capital of Hindustan is a major tourist spot nowadays. A part of the Golden Triangle tourist circuit, it was also known as Akbarabad. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight is in Agra.

Day 21 Visit important places in Agra

In the morning, you will be taken to the chief attraction of the land, the Taj Mahal. Constructed during the Mughal Empire, this magnificent monument is synonymous to love. In memory of beloved Mumtaz, this breathtaking building is made of white marble.

Your next destination would be a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Agra Fort that is known for its architectural structure and several fairy-tale palaces like Khas Mahal and Jahangir Palace. You will also visit Diwan-e-Aam and Diwan-e-Khas. The land is famous for handicrafts made of metal, wood and marble. Overnight is in Agra.

Day 22 Drive from Agra to Bharatpur and visit Fatehpur Sikri

Today, you will be driven to Fatehpur Sikri, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that is famous for historical monuments. You will also visit the Tomb of Salim Chishti, the Jama Masjid, the five storied Panch Mahal and Buland Darwaza, Mariam-uz-Zamani’s palace, Ibadat Khana, Naubat Khana as well as Birbal’s house.

You will continue your visit to another UNESCO World Heritage Site, Fatehpur Sikri. Here, you will witness Keoladeo National Park, a home to more than 350 species of birds including white necked and black necked stork, Siberian Cranes, cormorants, darter, purple and grey heron, white ibis, spoonbill, egrets, and ducks and predatory birds like mallard, red crested pochard, spotted eagle, common teal, imperial eagle, steppe and tawny eagle, as well as animals like Nilgai, Blackbuck, Golden Jackal, Wild Boar along with reptiles like pythons. Overnight is in Bharatpur.

Day 23 Drive from Bharatpur to Delhi

On the final day you will be taken to Delhi to board your flight. As most of the flights depart after midnight, the accommodation will not be included in Delhi. Depart for your return journey.
