Day 01 Arrival at Delhi

On arrival in Delhi, our representative will take you to a Hotel where you will spend the night. Your morning tour commences with the Raj Ghat, where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated, and also the museum built to commemorate him. After that, you drive past the Red Fort to explore India's iconic, historical, and the largest mosque built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in 1639 AD - the Jama Masjid. We suggest you a rickshaw ride in Chandni Chowk which could be quite enjoyable.

During the afternoon, you will go on a visit to Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and India's most massive Minaret. Afterward, you will move to Humayun's tomb, another UNESCO world heritage site. You will then proceed to India Gate, built in memory of the Unknown Soldier. You will then be driven past the President's House, Parliament House, and other Government Secretarial Buildings, Today's last stop is Lakshminarayan Temple, dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Narayana. Overnight in a hotel in Delhi.

Day 02 Delhi to Jodhpur by flight and then drive to Jaisalmer

After breakfast, you will take a flight through the Delhi airport to Jodhpur. On your arrival, you will be transferred by road to Jaisalmer in the Thar Desert. Jaisalmer, popularly known as the 'Golden City of India', is a colorful treasure chest of art, music, architecture, culture, and tradition. It also features a beautiful yellow sand, camel safaris, magnificent castles, marvelous Havelis and beautiful Jain temples; this mystical cum exciting place will leave you in great enchantment. The transport within the city limits is at your disposal. Afterward, you stay overnight in a hotel in Jaisalmer.

Day 03 Jaisalmer City Tour

In the morning, your first sightseeing point is the Jaisalmer Fort, one of the oldest living fortresses of the world. It was constructed using shining, gold-like yellow stones in the 12th century. Thus, it is also known as “Sonar Quila” or "The Golden Fort." Located amidst sandy terrains, it is a blend of Indian architecture with Military-crafted designs. It houses the castles of Maharwals whose ornamental designs of wooden carvings enhance its beauty. You will also get to see the five-story Tazia Tower which depicts the architectural skills of local artisans during the ancient times.

The subsequent stop will be a visit to some of the Havelis: Salim Ji Ki Haveli made up of yellow sandstone with balconies designed in different styles of architecture. The beautifully-designed Haveli is built with intricate roof carvings and served as the residence for Mohta family for decades. It has exquisitely carved pillars painted with beautiful ornaments. Patwon ki Haveli, depicts an exciting and ancient architectural piece. The afternoon is a leisure period to visit the bazaars or the numerous Jain Temples. Day 04 Drive from Jaisalmer to Jodhpur

On this morning, you will drive to Jodhpur (also known as the Sun City or the Blue City), the second largest city in the state and the former capital of Marwar kingdom. The city is in the route of Delhi to Gujarat and was a trading center for copper, silk, opium, etc. Jodhpur is famous for its festivals and fairs, and Teej, Nag Panchami, Gangaur, etc. are celebrated with great pomp. The city has become an important center for both big weddings and movie shoots.

In the afternoon, you will be taken to Mehrangarh Fortress, one of the most massive fortresses in India. It is situated on a low sandstone hill, at an altitude of 120 meters. The fortress, with menacing thick walls, contains - Moti Mahal, Phool Mahal, etc. - with expansive courtyards and intricate carvings.

You will then visit Jaswant Thada, built in 1889 by Sardar Singh in remembrance of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II, and whose entire structure is constructed out of thin and polished sheets of Marble. Your visit moves to Umaid Public Gardens which contains the Government Museum, with a collection of artifacts showing the rich history and cultural traditions of the region. The transport is at your disposal within the city limits. You will stay overnight in Jodhpur in a hotel.

Day 05 251 km drive from Jodhpur to Udaipur

In the morning, you are taken to Udaipur, the birthplace of the legendary Maharana Pratap who fought against Emperor Akbar in 1576. On the way, 98km from Udaipur, you will halt at Ranakpur to visit the beautiful Jain Temples from the 15th century. The appealing and famous Chamukha temple of Ranakpur constructed of marble is dedicated to the first Tirthankara - Adinath Ji. It is made up of over twenty halls and 1444 dissimilar pillars. If time allows, you could also pay a visit to the Surya Temple. In the evening, you will relax in Udaipur, otherwise known as the City of Lakes or the Venice of the East. It was founded by Rana Udai Singh and was the historic capital of Mewar kingdom. The transport within the city limits is at your disposal. You will stay overnight in Udaipur in a hotel.

Day 06 Udaipur City Tour

In the morning, your tour starts with the City Palace, situated at the bank of Pichola Lake,and constructed by Maharana Udai Mirza Singh in 1559 A.D. Your next stop is the Jagdish Temple built by Maharana Jagat Singh. The architecture of this temple, based on Indo-Aryan style, is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and remains one of Udaipur's most prominent shrines. You will be driven around Fatehsagar Lake, constructed by Maharana Fateh Singh in 1678. Your next stop will be at Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir Museum located near Chetak Circle and is a reservoir of folk articles. Your final point will be at Sahelion ki Bari, otherwise known as Queen's resort for her friends. The afternoon is leisure time to discover the various bazaars. The transport within the city limits is at your disposal. You will stay overnight in a hotel in Udaipur.

Day 07 Drive from Udaipur to Jaipur.

Early in the morning, you will be taken to Jaipur (also known as the Pink City). It houses many captivating castles with breathtaking design and architecture. In the 18th century, the Prince of Wales visit made the people paint the entire city buildings pink; this earned the city the name, 'The Pink City'.

In Jaipur, you will be driven to Maharaja seven-story royal castle, as well as the observatory - Jantar Mantar. You will pass by the Hawa Mahal which is known for its grand architecture. You will be taken through the garden as well as business centers in Jaipur. Jaipur is famous for clothes, carpets, precious and semi-precious stones and jewelry and various handicrafts made of wood, metals, etc., and also for silk paintings and miniatures. The transport within the city limits is at your disposal. You will stay overnight in a hotel in Jaipur.

Day 08 Drive from Jaipur to Fatehpur Sikri en route Agra

Early morning journey starts from Amer Fort also known as Amer Palace, and the earlier capital of Jaipur. This magnificent construction was made with red sandstone and marble by Raja Man Singh, has four sections - each with a courtyard. Surajpol, the main entrance gate, has a fascinating architecture. You could ascend it by walking up the steps or on an elephant's back or in jeeps.

Later, you will be transferred to Agra en route visiting Fatehpur Sikri, built in the 16th century by Emperor Akbar. Aside from being another UNESCO world heritage site, Fatehpur Sikri holds exceptional testimony to Mughal civilization. You will visit the Jama Masjid, followed by the Tomb of Salim Chishti, the five-story Panch Mahal, and Buland Darwaza, a graceful monument and stupendous piece of beautiful architecture. You will also visit other elegant buildings of this place like Ibadat Khana, Mariam-uz-Zamani's castle, Naubat Khana, and Birbal's house. You will then be driven to Agra. The transport within the city limits is at your disposal. You will stay overnight in Agra in a hotel.

Day 09 Agra City Tour and later drive from Agra to Delhi

In the morning, you will be taken to the Taj Mahal in Agra. As one of the world's wonders, the breathtaking and immensely-beautiful monument is elegantly built with white marble by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan between 1631 and 1648, in the memory of his favorite beloved Queen Mumtaz Mahal. TAJ MAHAL IS CLOSED ON FRIDAYS.

Your next stop is Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is known for its architectural structure. It features several fairy-tale castles like Khas Mahal and Jahangir. Over here, you will also have a view of Diwan-e-Aam and Diwan-e-Khas halls. After the visits, you will be transferred to Delhi airport for your return flight as most of the trips depart after midnight. Note that accommodation is not included in Delhi.
